Mr. Aiken is a business professional and attorney offering a robust career developing private industry businesses and representing clients in highly sophisticated and complex transactions. As a real estate attorney, Aiken focuses his practice on commercial real estate and secured finance transactions. He represents clients in matters involving real estate lending, acquisitions, development, and leasing transactions with respect to retail centers, hotels, apartments, and other commercial and industrial projects. Aiken routinely drafts, negotiates, and advises clients with respect to real estate leases, especially complex commercial leases. He also represents clients with numerous types of real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of commercial real estate, property development, property management, and commercial landlord/tenant issues. Aiken has worked with local and state governments regarding land use matters and large-scale real estate projects, including development and land assemblage projects.


Mr. Killeen is the founder and CEO of JP Killeen & Associates, which provides practice management services for medical and dental providers. Mr. Killeen has been involved in all levels of practice management for the past 20 years. He has worked with over 100 practices assisting with process improvements and developing performance measures. His experience covers private practices and hospital systems, including Inova Healthcare, Children’s National Medical Center, and Greater Southeast.

He has managed several other practice start-ups, worked for 4 Management Service Organizations (MSOs), directed several billing and collection departments, and led construction of new office space for several practices. His unique experience and training has led him to focus Killeen & Associates on viewing medical practices as businesses consisting of a number of interrelated systems. This systems approach emphasizes understanding how practices operate and focusing improvements on areas that will put more money into his clients’ pockets.
